REFUND POLICY 

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and please allow for up to 45 days from the date of approval for the refund transfer to be completed depending on the issuing bank of the payments using online or other remote methods.Refund shall be awarded after significant evaluation of specific case upon receipt of all requisite documents, information, confirmations, proofs related to such transactions. 
 

There will be no refund on the fees paid in the event of the following:
Misrepresentations found in the application or presented by the applicant. Application is already processed by insurance company or any other third party providing such service.
Refund is subject to deduction any transaction costs, admin fees or any other costs. Any portion of VAT shall not form part of refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Services)

Customer can cancel their requested services by reaching out to the respective representatives of the company via email who initially had facilitated them for availing such the services. Cancellations involves and is subject to the critical assessment and approval of each request from Al Sayegh Insurance Brokers LLC and respective insurance provider or any other parties (if necessary). Refund on such cancellation depends the terms and conditions of the policy, insurance provider or any other party required or on behalf of by insurance provider and it’s the discretion of the insurance provider to approve the cancellation request and refund shall be initiated from the respective insurance provider. As insurance broker Al Sayegh insurance brokers takes no responsibility on refund due to cancellation / claims.

PRICING AND DESCRIPTION

Pricing includes the premium payable towards the insurance, transaction cost, admin fees and any other applicable costs for the delivery of such product / services by the insurance provider or any intermediary third parties facilitating the service to the customer, Value added Tax and any other applicable taxes.
